Gavnø Castle and Castle park

Gavnø is accessible for disabled and wheelchair users, except the castle due to the stairs.

It is possible to rent trolleys. Inquiry at the Castle Shop.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy a picnic in one of our picnic areas in the Castle Park.

In the Castle Shop you may find a selection of Gavnø produces such as Gavnø beer, apple juice, honey, spreads, pestos and souvenirs. Also you may find a selection of flower bulbs (seasonal). Gavnø flower bulbs are 1. class and among the very best in Europe.

Dogs are welcome on a leash, however not inside Gavnø Castle, Café Tulipanen and the Castle Brewery. Our guests may meet a dog of breed Hungarian Vizla not on a leash. The dog belongs to the family living in the castle.

Gavnø has 2 wheelchairs, which is available for free. Inquiry at Café Tulipanen or by telephone +45 5570 0122. Reservation is recommended.

Gavnø Go Fly climbing park

Every hour. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time.

Yes, children from the age of 3 year can join, however they have to be a minimum of 11 cm in height.

There are no restrictions on your climbing within the opening hours.

We offer Nespresso coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, juice and chocolate bars in the cabin in the forest. Café Tulipanen in the Castle Park offers cake, freshly prepared sandwiches and open sandwishes.

You are welcome to bring your own food, which you can enjoy in our picnic area.

Gavnø Go Fly is equipped with the worlds most secure system called, “continuous belay”. It is only possible to detach the safety wire from the ground.

Online tickets are non-refundable, however, by contacting us no less than 72 hours before your start time, you can change the date of your visit.

Gavnø Castle Brewery

We brew a total of eight styles of beer – IPA, Nordisk, Kloster, Pale Ale, Stout and Weiss, as well as Easter and Christmas beer.

It is possible to book a beer tasting before your visit to Gavnø.
